What to Expect on Photo Day
Creating professional images with your team and logo is quick and fun!
Step 1: Photo Day
On the scheduled photo day, all players are photographed against a neutral background in a selection of pre-planned poses. The process goes quickly, while also ensuring that each athlete is captured in high quality.
Step 2: Design Options
The background of the image is removed and the player portrait can be placed into one of a variety of customized background designs, with options to feature the team name, logo, and colours.
Step 3: Team Photos & Memory Mates
Player photos are also combined into both team photos and a “Memory Mate”, featuring both the player portrait and team in one design.
Step 4: Online Print Shop
Photo orders can conveniently be made using our online shop to browse though and select from a wide variety of printed products. The easy-to-use interface gives you the option to manage orders and crops.

How much does it cost to book you as a photographer for our sports league?
The best approach is to get in touch and we can discuss the options that go into pricing.
We like to be as flexible as possible in accommodating the needs of the league and working together with you to find the best fit. Pricing will always depend on what products are included for each player as a standard (for example, if each player gets a complimentary 8×10 print as part of the photo day).
We’re also more than happy to hear your budget needs and make a plan that fits!
Are you available to book for all sports?
Yes, we’re happy to work with any sports leagues! The general process is the same, and we’re happy to provide pose ideas and custom backgrounds that suit any sport.
Do you have different photo packages available to order?
Yes! We work with a professional print lab that delivers exceptional quality for all print products. On top of that, you can also purchase digital files from the photo day. All of this and more is available in our online store. A specialized link will be provided following your league’s photo day that gives access to the store and package options.
How far do you travel for sports league photography?
We will always be open to travel within an hour’s radius of Orangeville, Ontario, which is home base. However, feel free to connect if you are further out and we’d be happy to let know if we can accommodate your photo day!
